How to refer
Patients may schedule their own appointment at any time via our online booking system.
Or, we can contact the patient on your behalf. If you prefer us to reach out to the patient, please complete the referral form below. We will contact your patient within 1–2 business days to arrange an appointment.
Medicare rebates
Patients with a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $61.80 per consultation
We can process Medicare rebates on the patient’s behalf after their appointment.
Please provide a copy of the GPCCMP referral where possible to support continuity of care
Private Health Insurance
Many private health policies offer rebates for dietitian services.
Rebate amounts vary depending on the patient’s extras cover.

Flexible online appointments are available across Australia via secure telehealth portal.

60 minutes | $150 - $180
Review Appointments
30 minutes | $100 - $120
