Digestive Health and IBS

Living with IBS or ongoing digestive symptoms can be exhausting, especially when you're not sure what's actually triggering your symptoms. Our dietitians provide expert, patient-centred guidance to help you understand your gut and manage it with confidence.
We tailor dietary interventions to you, including structured low FODMAP protocols where appropriate, to ease symptoms, improve gut health, and help you feel more in control of your day-to-day life.
Beyond IBS, we support people navigating a range of digestive concerns, including diverticulitis and diverticular disease, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and GORD (reflux). We also help with more general symptoms like bloating, distension, diarrhoea, constipation, and changes to toileting habits even if you don't have a formal diagnosis yet.
Our approach is weight-neutral throughout. We focus on identifying what's actually driving your symptoms and building an eating pattern that supports your gut without unnecessary restriction.
Who this is for: Anyone experiencing IBS symptoms, diagnosed digestive conditions, or ongoing gut discomfort they haven't been able to resolve.
Recommended practitioner: This is a special area of interest for Monica, who has completed the low FODMAP for dietitians course from Monash University, consultations available via telehealth.
