Monica van Dam

Dietitian & Nutritionist 

Monica is a university qualified Dietitian and Nutritionist having studied a Bachelor of Nutrition and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Monica believes in providing holistic, evidenced based nutrition counselling using a weight neutral and size inclusive approach.

 

Living with PCOS and IBS herself, Monica brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her work. Her specific areas of interest include PCOS, perimenopause and menopause, IBS, digestive health, and optimising vegetarian and plant-based diets.

 

Monica is passionate about supporting clients with empathy, practicality, and personalised care that honours each individual’s journey.

Susan Hulland

Nutritionist

Susan is a dedicated nutritionist currently undertaking studies to become an Accredited Practising Dietitian. With a strong passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care, Susan adopts a weight-neutral approach that prioritises health and wellbeing over numbers on a scale.

Susan's practice is centred on building respectful, collaborative relationships with clients, taking the time to understand each individual’s goals, preferences, and unique circumstances. Susan believes in working with clients, not on them, to create realistic, sustainable nutrition strategies that support long-term health.

Susan has a particular interest in women's health and is passionate about empowering women as they navigate the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause.
